Suit Jacket

A suit jacket is made with a matching pair of pants, crafted from the same exact fabric. Amongst the three options, suits are considered to be the most formal. Our favorite shoes to pair with a suit: Somerton, Spencer, Tinsley.

Blazer

The blazer is one step more casual than a suit jacket. It is not made with a matching pair of pants, and can be paired with a variety of colors/fabrics. Our favorite shoes to pair with a blazer: Faraday, Trevor, Ackerley.

Sport coat

Finally, a sport coat is the most casual of the three options. It’s usually crafted using more rugged fabrics and a looser fit to accommodate layering. It pairs well with more casual pants, like khakis or jeans. Our favorite shoes to pair with a sport coat: Dickinson, Nesbit, Madison II Monk.
