We carry almost every Stacy Adams shoe that is currently production and a lot of Clearance(discontinued) styles as well. Stacy Adams does not manufacture any of the clothing, accessories, or other non-shoe items, therefore we only carry a small amount of those "Nationally Advertised" products. For all other merchandise inquiries, you will have to locate a store in your area or an e-tailer online that carry those items.

Stacy Adams products are also sold in departments stores and specialty stores throughout the US. To find a store close to you, please go to our website under Store Locator. You will have to enter your zip code, city, or state in the search box. Then you can check the boxes for what you want to search for and all of those stores carrying those products will come up.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship UPS ground so we will need a physical address.

Yes we can ship to Military Addresses. Please be sure when checking out, that you are using the proper billing and shipping address' for the shipment. Orders are sent via the United States Postal Service and will not be assigned a tracking number.

When going through the checkout process, Step 2 will provide you the options for Standard Shipping, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Shipping. In order to guarantee same business day shipping (for 2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping) your order must be placed before 11:30am CST. Also, no deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping to an alternate address is certainly possible. When going through the checkout process just fill out the shipping address information first, then select your shipping method and using the "ADD ADDRESS" button you input the correct billing address for the credit/debit card you are using.

Shipments that are refused or orders that are shipped with an incomplete/missing address will be subject to a $15.00 reshipping/restocking fee. This fee is to cover the shipping charges back to us.

You may cancel your order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process. Sign in to your account. Select your order and click the Cancel icon.

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD's, or cash via the website.

We can only accept US-issued Credit Cards.

Return arrangements must be made within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept any merchandise back that has visible signs of wear and tear, and must be returned in the original packaging. To determine if shoes are a correct fit, we recommend trying them on carpeted surfaces to avoid visible wear.

If you wish to return your merchandise, please ship it back to the address listed on the packing slip and please mark it "Attn: Internet Returns". Please indicate on the packing slip if you would like to receive a refund stating the reason of your return, or if you would like to receive an exchange, please indicate the new size, color, or style on the packing slip.

If you meet the return policy requirements, you will then be credited the amount of the shoes less the shipping fee or will receive an exchange order. We do provide free outbound shipping for the new items.

For your protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or insurance from the Post Office, UPS, or whatever means you choose to return your merchandise. A $15.00 fee will be will be charged for any package returned by customer refusal.

Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.
