Can I place an order over the phone? Yes you can. Please call 1-866-523-8705 and a Stacy Adams Rep. will be able to assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address? Yes you can. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section. You can also add numerous addresses and keep them in your Address Book. We can only ship to addresses wthin the United States. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/AE addresses? We cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship UPS ground so we will need a physical address.

Is it possible to overnight an order? This depends on what stage your order is in. Please email customer.service@stacyadams.com for more information. Please note that overnight packages are subject to an additional shipping fee.
Refused Orders or Incorrect Addresses? Orders that are refused and shipped back to us or orders that are shipped with an incomplete/missing address will be subject to a $15.00 reshipping/restocking fee. This fee is to cover the shipping back to us.
What if I want to cancel my order? You may cancel any item or your complete order, as long as it has not entered the shipping process stage. Please email customer.service@StacyAdams.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request.
